There are approximately a billion mobile users and 16 mobile operators PAN India, having various products & plans for their post-paid & prepaid subscribers which are 10% and 90 % respectively. The operators biggest challenge is to deliver recharge services instantly with very small denominations in thousands of retailing locations. The margins are very thin to handle lengthly logistics like scrtch cards / coupons etc….
